Special Events
Dedicated To Dance proudly offers quality dance training in an environment where kids come first. We want every dancer to go home with a positive experience and remember the fun they experience during their dance training. We have planned various special events that will take place throughout the dance season that allows "kids to be kids." We hope all dancers look forward to participating in some of the following events and special programs.
BRING A FRIEND TO CLASS WEEK ~ All dancers will have the opportunity to bring a friend to class to show them their dance moves! We will also have family viewing days where family members will be encouraged to watch class.
MONTHLY "WALL OF FAME" ~ One special dancer will be selected each month to be our "Wall of Fame" recipient. This dancer will have displayed a 'special quality' of some sort while at the studio. This dancer may have shown excellent attendance or helped out a fellow dancer or conquered a difficult step in class. The recipient's picture will be posted for the month and she will be nominated for an award at the end of the dance season.
REFERRAL PROGRAM ~ Referrals are the best compliment we can receive. We are a new studio and having our existing clients refer us to family and friends is the best compliment for us. All dancers who register with us will become eligible for our Referral Program. Information about this program will be distributed at registration.
DRESS CODE FREE DAYS ~ Dedicated To Dance will periodically allow 'Dress Code Free Days.' During these special days all dancers will be encouraged to come to class in their prettiest ballerina costume or their coolest hip hop clothes. Dancers love these days and look forward to them all year!
CHRISTMAS SHOW & AWARDS CEREMONY ~ All dancers will be invited to participate in our Christmas show. This seasonal festivity provides families with the opportunity to see what their child has learned during the first few months of the dance season. An awards ceremony will take place, acknowledging special dancers for their efforts during the beginning of the year. There will also be lots of treats and holiday wishes!
PROGRESS CARDS ~ Yes, report cards! We believe positive, encouraging progress cards are an excellent way for dancers and their families to keep in touch with the studio and to receive feedback on the dancer's progress throughout the year.
